INSTRUCTIONS
FOR 2010 MANAGERS MEETING

Location: County Extension Building 21st and Ridge Rd.

Date: Wednesday, March 31st 2010

Time: Team registration starts at 6:30 pm, Meeting starts at 7:00 pm.

Items needed:
Team registration fee $175.00 (Except T-Ball Teams)
1.TRYC Preliminary Roster: (This Excludes Thoroughbred & 13-16-U Division Teams). This roster needs to be completed before you can register your team. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
(The board of directors is requiring team managers to provide a completed preliminary team roster (for age groups up to 12-U). The roster will help identify potential problems with new and returning teams and players. If there are any questions or problems after reviewing the rosters, the board will be able to resolve them before player registration. The preliminary roster must be completed prior to registering teams at the coaches meeting. If you have any question please contact your division manager or any board member. Thank you for your cooperation.)

1. You can go on line (www.ace.asasoftball.com/ace).
2. TRYC requires two field coaches to be certified but encourage all team coaches to be certified.
We will break up into small groups (each division) and if you have any questions you can bring them up at that time.
